Even before Lew had time to post the last note, Bobbi was complaining of a progressive headache. She started vomiting and requested to go to the ER.
Lew took her. She was questioned, examined, bled, scanned, and medicated heavily before being released. Back at the house she fell in a deep sleep while Lew sent off the preceding post. She proceeded to sleep heavily until Saturday afternoon. On Friday while she slumbered she developed a pronounced facial rash; fortunately that cleared up by the next day, more or less at the same time she started to wake up.
So despite the best intentions, Bobbi and Lew both missed all the activities of the biggest church festival of the year. Maybe another time?
And Lew's kidney stone is still to be removed - scheduled for 10:45 am Tuesday. Stay tuned.
